Team Z VBC will host several open group lessons in the next couple of weeks. These are no obligation sessions that can be full or partially attended. They are free of charge and will be hosted in Schmidt Fieldhouse on the campus of Xavier University. Attendees should bring workout gear, water supply and will be required to have parental approval and signed wavier form before being allowed to participate. Contracts have been issued for Orange and Navy teams ages 15-18.  There is no financial commitment due at this time.   Thank you to all our athletes who have accepted positions with us for the upcoming school year !
